Design Draftsman
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Design team to translate design concepts into drawings as per company standards.
- Extensively use AutoCAD to create detailed drawings.
- Design diagrams, maps and layouts to illustrate workflow.
- Prepare and review rough sketches, layouts and detail drawings and review them along with the Design and Supervision team.
- Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards.
- Identify potential operational issues and redesign to improve functionality.
- Adjusting and reading existing drawings to the ongoing design process.
Skills:
- Education : Diploma in Drafting, Bachelor Degree in Architecture / Interior Design is a plus.
- Software's: AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) is a Plus. Revit, 3DS MAX , Sketchup is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a drafter or similar role.
- Hands on experience with AutoCAD software with basic knowledge of 3D modeling software such as sketchup, 3DS Max.
- Ability to work independently, in a team and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of materials , Lighting (exterior, interior and landscape) and details.
- Great communication skills.

- العمل بشكل وثيق مع فريق التصميم لترجمة مفاهيم التصميم إلى رسومات وفقًا لمعايير الشركة.
- استخدم AutoCAD على نطاق واسع لإنشاء رسومات مفصلة.
- تصميم المخططات والخرائط والتخطيطات لتوضيح سير العمل.
- إعداد ومراجعة الرسومات الأولية والمخططات والرسومات التفصيلية ومراجعتها مع فريق التصميم والإشراف.
- تأكد من أن التصميمات النهائية تتوافق مع اللوائح ومعايير الجودة.
- تحديد المشكلات التشغيلية المحتملة وإعادة التصميم لتحسين الوظائف.
- ضبط وقراءة الرسومات الموجودة لعملية التصميم الجارية.
مهارات:
- التعليم: دبلوم في الرسم، درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية / التصميم الداخلي هي ميزة إضافية.
- البرامج: AutoCAD، Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop، Illustrator، وInDesign) هي ميزة إضافية. Revit، 3DS MAX، Sketchup هي ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة عمل مؤكدة ككاتب أو دور مماثل.
- خبرة عملية في استخدام برنامج AutoCAD مع المعرفة الأساسية ببرامج النمذجة ثلاثية الأبعاد مثل Sketchup و3DS Max.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل، وفي فريق، وإدارة مشاريع متعددة في وقت واحد.
- معرفة قوية بالمواد والإضاءة (الخارجية والداخلية والمناظر الطبيعية) والتفاصيل.
- مهارات التواصل الرائعة.
