Sr. Store Incharge
Job Responsibility
- Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
- Maintain optimal stock levels;
- Inform the purchase department well in advance about the items that reach the re- order level to order from supplies;
- Review physical inventories periodically;
- check incoming materials for quality, and quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other documents;
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
- Make clear notes on the receipt of the items against each invoice;
- Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized.
- Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and supplies
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
- Coordinate the handling of freight.
- Compiles monthly stock report;
- Monitor Floor Management , rack distribution, organize items to utilize space to the best.
- Co-ordinate with warehouse staff, retail staff, and other relevant departments.
- Ability to use ERP system.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
- Familiarity with best practices and standards in warehouse environment
- Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
- Skills to operate common office equipment.
- Holds a Valid Kuwait driving license.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum of (10) years’ experience in storekeeping, inventory control,
- Attributes: Ability to Manage and train store staff.
- well versed with computer applications (mandatory)

مسئولية الوظيفة
- استلام وتفريغ وتخزين الإمدادات
- الحفاظ على مستويات المخزون المثالية؛
- إبلاغ قسم المشتريات مسبقًا عن العناصر التي تصل إلى مستوى إعادة الطلب لطلبها من الإمدادات؛
- مراجعة المخزونات المادية بشكل دوري؛
- التحقق من المواد الواردة من حيث الجودة والكمية مقابل الفواتير وأوامر الشراء وأوراق التعبئة أو المستندات الأخرى؛
- فحص عمليات التسليم بحثًا عن أي تلف أو تناقضات؛ والإبلاغ عن ذلك إلى قسم المحاسبة لاسترداد المبالغ وحفظ السجلات
- قم بتدوين ملاحظات واضحة حول استلام العناصر مقابل كل فاتورة؛
- تأكد من أن المتجر نظيف ومنظم.

- إعداد تقرير المخزون الشهري؛
- مراقبة إدارة الأرضية، وتوزيع الرفوف، وتنظيم العناصر للاستفادة من المساحة بأفضل شكل.
- التنسيق مع موظفي المستودعات وموظفي البيع بالتجزئة والأقسام الأخرى ذات الصلة.
- القدرة على استخدام نظام ERP.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
- معرفة المحاسبة السليمة وإدارة المخزون
- - التعرف على أفضل الممارسات والمعايير في بيئة المستودعات
- العقل التحليلي مع القدرة على إجراء حسابات رياضية دقيقة
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي
- الكفاءات في إدخال البيانات وتحليلها وإدارتها
- المهارات اللازمة لتشغيل المعدات المكتبية الشائعة.
- حاصل على رخصة قيادة كويتية صالحة.
المؤهلات:
- التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها
- الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن (10) سنوات في مجال المخازن ومراقبة المخزون،
- السمات: القدرة على إدارة وتدريب موظفي المتجر.
