Kuwait Credit Information Network (CINET) is a closed Kuwaiti shareholding company specialized in the business of requesting, collecting, preserving, analyzing and using credit information for preparing credit records, and issuing credit reports and credit classification for individual and corporate clients. ↔️

Job Opportunity: Head of Internal Audit
Location: Ci-Net, Kuwait
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the Internal Audit Manual, Charter, Policies, and Procedures
- Promote a culture of risk management, corporate governance, and internal control within Ci-Net
- Establish a risk-based internal audit framework and develop a Risk-Based Internal Audit Plan
- Approve Audit Programs prior to starting Internal Audit Reviews
- Collaborate with auditees and process owners to identify value-added solutions and promote knowledge sharing
- Report on internal control weaknesses and evaluate management responses
- Oversee follow-up on previous Internal Audit findings
- Implement a Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QAIP) for internal audit activities
- Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Recognized Professional Qualifications (CIA, CPA, ACCA)
Experience:
- 8+ years in Internal Auditing
- 3+ years in leading Internal Audit teams
Technical Competencies:
- IPPF and IIA standards
- Strong report writing and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance concepts
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and financial/operational technical knowledge

الخبرة:
- 8+ سنوات من الخبرة في التدقيق الداخلي
- 3+ سنوات من الخبرة في قيادة فرق التدقيق الداخلي
الكفاءات الفنية:
- المعايير الدولية للتدقيق الداخلي (IPPF) ومعايير معهد المدققين الداخليين (IIA)
- مهارات كتابة التقارير والتحليل
- معرفة مفاهيم الحوكمة والمخاطر والامتثال
- فهم المتطلبات التنظيمية والمعرفة الفنية المالية والتشغيلية
