Job Vacancy: Business Development, Technical Services Representative
Responsibilities
Essential Functions
Engage in limited business development activities with regional or key account sales, focusing on high-complexity accounts with unique needs requiring specific subject matter expertise.
Collaborate with regional sales organizations to identify and prioritize a pipeline of new business opportunities across all technologies that align with financial objectives over the planning period.
Drive sales efforts to successful conclusions in a timely manner, taking personal ownership of key opportunities and supporting/leading regional sales teams in lead positions.
Work with segment and product management to drive specification and approval of Sherwin-Williams products to enable effective sales execution.
Serve as an operational advisor to customers, applying quality tools and analytical concepts to assist in improving product quality and efficiency, while receiving guidance on complex issues.
Respond to complex questions and concerns, acting as a technical expert in powder and working with multiple application technologies like liquid and ecoat, assisting customers in improving operational painting quality and efficiency.
Position Challenges
Effectively interface with the Area Sales Manager and the country Sales Force to ensure customer quality and expectations are consistently met, minimizing customer complaints.
Achieve regional sales targets and goals within the designated timeline.
Decision Making Authority
Limited authority regarding pricing and opening new customer/distributor accounts.
Independent decision-making on trials and samples.
Qualifications
Position Requirements
Required: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in relevant science subjects.
Preferred: Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or Paint Technology.
Knowledge & Experience
Required: Previous sales/accounts management experience in paint or chemical industries.
Preferred: Proven track record in generating opportunities and closing new business; establishing robust pricing strategies that meet market needs while optimizing product margins and profitability.
Technical/Skill Requirements
Creativity and accountability.
Strong organizational skills to effectively address/escalate issues and achieve results.
Comfortable operating within a multi-national, multi-cultural, matrixed, and fast-growing organization.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Capacity to set priorities and perform under stress.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating, reviewing, and analyzing business information.
Good command of the English language.

الاستجابة للأسئلة والاهتمامات المعقدة، والعمل كخبير فني في الطلاء البودري والتعامل مع تقنيات التطبيقات المتعددة مثل الطلاء السائل و ecoat، مع مساعدة العملاء في تحسين جودة وكفاءة الطلاء التشغيلي.
تحديات الوظيفة

المؤهلات
متطلبات الوظيفة
مطلوب: شهادة الثانوية العامة أو درجة البكالوريوس (أو ما يعادلها) في مواد العلوم ذات الصلة.
يفضل: درجة في الكيمياء أو الهندسة أو تكنولوجيا الطلاء.
المعرفة والخبرة
مطلوب: خبرة سابقة في إدارة المبيعات/الحسابات في صناعات الطلاء أو الكيمياء.
يفضل: سجل حافل مثبت في توليد الفرص وإغلاق الأعمال الجديدة؛ وضع استراتيجيات تسعير قوية تلبي احتياجات السوق بينما تحسن هوامش الربح.
