Position: Senior Technician
Location: Kuwait
Accountabilities:
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and hazards.
- Ensure proper care, handling, and storage of all tools and machinery.
- Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment immediately.
- Comply with company policies and guidelines in all work environments.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy in residential or business settings.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including repairs, installations, or inspections.
- Communicate job progress, issues, or requirements with supervisors and team members.
- Ensure punctuality and inform of any delays or unforeseen issues.
- Uphold professionalism in dress code, language, and behavior.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks for system efficiency.
- Diagnose and repair issues with machinery, equipment, or systems.
- Troubleshoot effectively to minimize downtime.
- Install new equipment according to guidelines and ensure proper functionality.
- Complete job tickets and service reports detailing work performed and recommendations.
- Provide guidance on equipment maintenance and best practices.
- Oversee HVAC systems, including air handling units, fan coils, chillers, and pumps.
- Monitor elevator maintenance.
- Proficient in electrical and plumbing work.
- Experience in general maintenance tasks (air conditioning, carpentry).
- Basic experience managing tools and spare parts.
Education & Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in relevant fields.
Skills:
- Fluency in English.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), especially in email.
- Basic time and resource management skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving.
- Ability to work well within a team and assist other technicians as needed.
Other Requirements:
- Valid Kuwait driving license is mandatory.

المهام الوظيفية:
- الالتزام بجميع بروتوكولات السلامة واللوائح لتجنب الحوادث والمخاطر.
- التأكد من العناية بالأدوات والمعدات وتخزينها بشكل صحيح.
- الإبلاغ عن أي معدات تالفة أو معطلة فوراً.
- الالتزام بسياسات وإرشادات الشركة في بيئات العمل المختلفة.
- المحافظة على السرية والخصوصية في البيئات السكنية أو التجارية.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة للعمل المنجز، بما في ذلك الإصلاحات والتركيبات أو الفحوصات.
- التواصل مع المشرفين وأعضاء الفريق حول تقدم العمل أو القضايا أو المتطلبات.
- الحفاظ على المهنية في المظهر واللغة والسلوك.
- إجراء فحوصات دورية وصيانة لضمان كفاءة الأنظمة والمعدات.
- تشخيص الأعطال في الآلات أو المعدات أو الأنظمة وإجراء الإصلاحات اللازمة.
- حل المشكلات الفنية بفعالية لتقليل التوقفات.
- تركيب المعدات الجديدة وفقًا للإرشادات وضمان الوظائف السليمة.
- إكمال تذاكر العمل وتقارير الخدمة التي توضح العمل المنجز والتوصيات المستقبلية.
- تقديم المشورة بشأن صيانة المعدات وأفضل الممارسات.
- الإشراف على أنظمة التكييف المركزي ووحدات التبريد وأجهزة التدفئة.
- مراقبة صيانة المصاعد.

التعليم والمؤهلات:

الخبرة:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المجالات ذات الصلة.
المهارات:
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل (شفهي وكتابي)، خاصة في التواصل عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
- مهارات أساسية في إدارة الوقت والموارد.
- قدرات تنظيمية وانتباه للتفاصيل.
