Front Office Receptionist
Job Description
- Greet and meet visitors with courtesy, directing them to the relevant person or department.
- Provide general administrative support to staff members.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the company calendar by creating timely records of important meetings and agendas.
- Use communication channels like telephone, emails, and fax to convey accurate information as per the visitor’s requirements.
- Promptly execute all essential tasks and responsibilities expected from a corporate receptionist.

الوصف الوظيفي
- استقبال وتوجيه الزوار بلباقة وإرشادهم إلى الشخص أو القسم المناسب.
- تقديم الدعم الإداري العام لأعضاء الفريق.
- الرد على المكالمات الواردة وتصفيتها وتوجيهها.
- الحفاظ على تقويم الشركة عبر تسجيل الاجتماعات والمواعيد الهامة بشكل فوري.
- استخدام وسائل الاتصال مثل الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني والفاكس لنقل المعلومات بدقة وفقاً لمتطلبات الزائر.
- تنفيذ جميع المهام والمسؤوليات الأساسية المطلوبة من موظف استقبال في مؤسسة.
