Position: Compliance Officer
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in money exchange companies or local banks
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing internal policies and procedures to mitigate money laundering and terrorist financing risks
- Monitor compliance of operations with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations
- Establish a risk assessment framework for AML and CTF based on the institution's transactions and client profiles
- Conduct periodic reviews of high-risk clients and transaction files
- Track and implement relevant indicators and recommendations from regulatory bodies within the institution
- Submit reports and recommendations to senior management regarding AML/CTF compliance
- Participate in ongoing training sessions on AML/CTF, and train staff on identifying and reporting high-risk clients and transactions

المتطلبات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في شركات الصرافة أو البنوك المحلية
المهام الأساسية:
- المساعدة في وضع وتطبيق سياسات وإجراءات للحد من مخاطر غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب
- الرقابة على مطابقة العمليات مع قوانين مكافحة غسل الأموال
- تقييم المخاطر المرتبطة بخدمات العملاء والمعاملات
- متابعة الملفات عالية المخاطر بشكل دوري
- مراقبة مؤشرات الجهات المختصة وتفعيلها داخل المؤسسة
- تقديم تقارير للإدارة العليا حول الالتزام بمكافحة غسل الأموال
- المشاركة في الدورات التدريبية وتدريب الموظفين على مكافحة غسل الأموال
