Job Opportunity: Adjunct Faculty - College of Business and Economics
The College of Business and Economics is hiring multiple full-time and part-time faculty members at the assistant, associate, and full professor levels. Candidates should ideally hold a Ph.D. in a business-related field. However, candidates with a master’s degree and significant professional experience will be considered for instructor positions. Ideal applicants will have experience teaching undergraduate courses, particularly within a liberal arts framework.
We are looking for energetic individuals who align with our mission to support holistic student growth and development. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with simulation-based teaching and a proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching outcomes, fostering student engagement, applying effective grading practices, and positively impacting student perceptions.
Location: Kuwait (for residents only)
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in a business-related field (or near completion), or a master’s degree with professional experience.
- Experience in teaching undergraduate-level courses, ideally within a liberal arts setting.
