Position: Quality Assurance Supervisor (Pharmaceuticals - Quality Assurance)

Job Purpose:
Responsible for supervising the implementation of all Quality Assurance (QA) related activities, ensuring adherence to Mohamed Naser Al-Hajery & Sons policies and procedures, as well as QA leading practices.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Policies & Procedures: Monitor the implementation of established QA policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies. Administer prompt, fair, and consistent corrective actions for policy violations in coordination with management.
- Quality Assurance Responsibilities:
- Ensure QA systems and procedures are in place, including compliance with international pharmaceutical standards, WHO GMP/GDP requirements, and MNH Supplier Quality Standards.
- Approve incoming goods by checking for quality against established parameters.
- Monitor proper product storage and ensure separation of damaged/expired goods.
- Conduct thermal mapping of the warehouse and retain documentation.
- Ensure calibration of temperature devices and monitor product movement within prescribed temperature norms.
- Review actions taken during temperature deviations and advise management on preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs for damaged/recall products and monitor access control in the warehouse.
- Oversee cleaning, maintenance, and pest control activities in the warehouse.
- Ensure preparation and authorization of Change Control documents for significant changes affecting product quality.
- Conduct training on fire safety SOPs and prepare an annual training plan for warehouse personnel.
- Perform self-inspections, monitor action plans, and assist in the management of standard control documents.
- Maintain risk registers and communication with supplier quality control functions.
- Handle supplier audits in coordination with warehouse management.
Miscellaneous Duties:
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Direct Manager.

Job Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science/Pharmacy.
- Certification in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015) is an advantage.
Work Experience & Other Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the field.
- Knowledge of WHO best practices such as GMP/GSP/GDP.

- السياسات والإجراءات: مراقبة تنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات المحددة في ضمان الجودة، وضمان الالتزام بسياسات الشركة. إدارة الإجراءات التصحيحية السريعة والعادلة والمتسقة لجميع انتهاكات السياسات بالتنسيق مع الإدارة.
- مسؤوليات ضمان الجودة:
- ضمان وجود أنظمة وإجراءات ضمان الجودة، بما في ذلك الالتزام بالمعايير الدولية للأدوية ومتطلبات GMP/GDP الخاصة بمنظمة الصحة العالمية ومعايير جودة الموردين لـ MNH.
- الموافقة على البضائع الواردة من خلال التحقق من الجودة وفقًا للمعايير المحددة.
- مراقبة التخزين السليم للمنتجات وضمان فصل البضائع التالفة أو المنتهية الصلاحية.
- إجراء رسم الخرائط الحرارية للمستودع والاحتفاظ بالوثائق.
- ضمان معايرة أجهزة قراءة درجات الحرارة ومراقبة حركة المنتجات ضمن معايير درجات الحرارة المقررة.
- مراجعة الإجراءات المتخذة في حالة الانحراف عن درجات الحرارة وإبلاغ الإدارة بالإجراءات الوقائية اللازمة.
- ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية للبضائع التالفة أو المستدعاة ومراقبة التحكم في الوصول إلى مواقع المستودع.
- الإشراف على تنظيف وصيانة المستودع وأنشطة مكافحة الآفات.
- ضمان إعداد وثائق التحكم في التغيير والموافقة عليها لأية تغييرات مهمة تؤثر على جودة المنتج.
- إجراء تدريبات حول إجراءات السلامة من الحرائق وإعداد خطة تدريب سنوية لموظفي المستودع.
- إجراء الفحوصات الذاتية، ومراقبة خطط العمل، والمساعدة في إدارة الوثائق القياسية.
- الحفاظ على سجلات المخاطر والتواصل الفعال مع وظيفة مراقبة جودة الموردين.
- التعامل مع تدقيقات الموردين بالتنسيق مع إدارة المستودع.
أداء واجبات أخرى ذات صلة كما يُكلف بها من قبل المدير المباشر.متطلبات الوظيفة:المؤهلات التعليمية:
- درجة بكاليوس في العلوم / الصيدلة.
- الحصول على شهادة في نظم إدارة الجودة (ISO 9001:2015) يعتبر ميزة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في نفس المجال.
- معرفة بأفضل الممارسات الخاصة بمنظمة الصحة العالمية مثل GMP/GSP/GDP.
