Job Opportunity: Senior Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly value and volume sales targets.
- Manage trade spending and control product freshness with stock rotation.
- Support Merchandisers with order efficiency, space allocation for promotions, and display standards.
- Ensure on-shelf availability and visibility per Planogram guidelines.
- Implement central and local promotions through proactive sell-in strategies.
- Optimize usage of POS materials across categories and monitor adherence to contractual displays.
- Maintain excellent relationships with store managers, supervise store-level integrity, and manage freshness exceptions.
- Support Merchandisers in GRVs processing for freshness actions.
- Minimize product write-offs, especially for chocolates, and optimize monthly sales targets.
- Coach Merchandisers on effective display and control measures, reporting all store opportunities and concerns.
Candidate Requirements
- Age: 30-35 years
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team player with a results-oriented approach
- Reliable, trustworthy, and shows integrity
- Proactive and diligent in follow-up

- ضمان توفر المنتجات على الرفوف ووفقاً لخطة العرض (Planogram).
- تنفيذ العروض المركزية والمحلية بكفاءة عبر استراتيجيات فعالة.
- تحسين استخدام مواد نقاط البيع في جميع الفئات ومراقبة الامتثال للعروض التعاقدية.
- الحفاظ على علاقات ممتازة مع مديري المتاجر، ومتابعة سلامة المنتجات على مستوى المتاجر.
- دعم مندوبي الترويج في معالجة GRVs لإجراءات النضارة.
- تقليل الإتلافات إلى الحد الأدنى، خاصة للشوكولاتة، وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية.
- تدريب مندوبي الترويج على عرض المنتجات بفعالية وإعداد تقارير حول مقاييس التحكم.
