Outdoor Sales Representative
About the Job
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Outdoor Sales professional to join our team. As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential B2B or B2C customers in outdoor locations. You will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities
- Organize data and generate deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
- Support the sales team with key planning and operations tasks to achieve the overall objectives of the business.
- Plan for attainment through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives, and analyzing territory for maximum sales effectiveness.
- Ensure sales process adoption and compliance, identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems for greater effectiveness and efficiency.
- Handle incoming queries and build good client relationships.
- Hand over qualified leads to the sales team with the objective of closing sales.
- Maintain and update the lead generation database.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in outdoor sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must hold a valid Kuwaiti driving license.
- Competitive salary plus commission.
- Location: Kuwait City.
- Working hours: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week.
