Hiring: Sales Executive
Location: Shuwaikh, Kuwait
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs.
- Make daily sales visits, promoting the company's products and services.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
- Ensure stock availability for sales and demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close deals, addressing any complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Gather customer feedback and share it with internal teams.
- Assist in the collection process.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of the Kuwait market with own car.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the industry preferred.
- Transferable Visa – Article 18.

المهام والمسؤوليات:
- إجراء أبحاث السوق لتحديد فرص البيع وتقييم احتياجات العملاء.
- القيام بزيارات مبيعات يومية لعرض منتجات وخدمات الشركة.
- البحث النشط عن فرص مبيعات جديدة من خلال الاتصال الهاتفي البارد، والشبكات، ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
- إعداد وتقديم العروض التقديمية عن المنتجات والخدمات.
- ضمان توفر المخزون للمبيعات والعروض التوضيحية.
- التفاوض وإتمام الصفقات والتعامل مع الشكاوى أو الاعتراضات.
- التعاون مع أعضاء الفريق لتحقيق نتائج أفضل.
- جمع ملاحظات العملاء أو المحتملين ومشاركتها مع الفرق الداخلية.
- المساعدة في عملية التحصيل.
المؤهلات:
- معرفة جيدة بالسوق الكويتي مع توفر سيارة خاصة.
- مهارات تواصل وتفاوض ممتازة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
- يفضل وجود خبرة مثبتة كموظف مبيعات في نفس المجال.
- إقامة قابلة للتحويل – المادة 18.
