Responsibilities:
- Define project objectives, scope, roles, and responsibilities.
- Determine resource requirements and manage availability and allocation—both internal and third-party.
- Outline a budget based on requirements and track costs to ensure project delivery within budget.
- Prepare a detailed project plan to schedule key milestones, workstreams, and activities.
- Manage project delivery according to the plan.
- Track project status and provide regular reports to the project team and key stakeholders.
- Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule, and/or budget.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Maintain relationships and communication with clients and all stakeholders, ensuring project satisfaction.
- Attend all site meetings and progress meetings.
- Ensure safety and security awareness among personnel.
- Oversee survey, planning, engineering design, equipment supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of sites/services.
- Supervise the receipt of all equipment and materials, and their transportation and handling to installation sites.
- Administer end-to-end LTE network solutions involving Ericsson and supporting systems.
- Observe, verify, and analyze technical issues related to the LTE system, providing recommendations to enhance network performance.
- Handle customer issues and manage Software Update Management (SUM) for all LTE network elements.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, including health checks and backups.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance and technical reports on LTE system performance.
- Conduct performance analysis and investigation.
- Ensure smooth and quality handover of systems/services from the project.
- Troubleshoot and perform fault finding and root cause analysis (RCA) in configurations, hardware, and software.
- Review and maintain design documents (LLD and HLD).
- Provide supervisory capability to direct operations and maintenance activities.
- Plan work at the site and prepare maintenance records, reports, and presentations.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computers Engineering, or equivalent, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of LTE networks.
- Strong technical skills and solid understanding of LTE/5G networks, including procedures and protocols.
- Business acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills to identify risks and solve problems throughout the project.
- Proficient in mathematical and budgeting skills.
- Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
- Team player and effective leader who can motivate project teams.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic skills are a plus.
- Experience in monitoring, configuring, commissioning, operating, and troubleshooting Dual Mode Core, 5GC, EPC, eNodeB Equipment, and Network Management Systems (NMS).
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols, L2/L3 switching, and various protocols (UDP, S1AP, etc.).
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Linux, Packet Core Nodes Ericsson (VEPC), UDC Nodes (HSS-FE, CUDB, EDA), and IPWorks (DNS, AAA).
- Certifications in CCNA, Redhat, and Ericsson-specific Packet Core domain certifications are advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with Ericsson Dual Mode Core and 5G-C products is a plus.

- مسؤول عن المسح، التخطيط، التصميم الهندسي، توفير المعدات، التركيب، الاختبار، التكليف، وتسليم المواقع/الخدمات.
- مسؤول عن الإشراف على استلام جميع المعدات والمواد للخدمات، ونقلها ومعالجتها حتى مكان التركيب.
- مسؤول عن إدارة حلول شبكة LTE من البداية للنهاية، بما في ذلك Ericsson والأنظمة الداعمة.
