Senior Product Specialist
About the Job
We are looking for a Senior Product Specialist to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in biomedical sciences or an equivalent field and a proven ability to grow market share and meet sales targets in the medical equipment industry. This role requires a deep understanding of Neurology and Respiratory equipment, as well as the ability to provide clinical support and training.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to expand market share.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and budgets.
- Present the product portfolio to customers based on scientific and clinical evidence.
- Keep accurate records of customer visits and report outcomes.
- Attend surgeries and conduct clinical training for healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences or a related field (medical background preferred).
- 4-7 years of experience in sales, particularly in Neurology and Respiratory equipment.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Kuwait market is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, bilingual in Arabic and English.
- Fluency in English is required.

المؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس في العلوم الطبية الحيوية أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل الخلفية الطبية).
- 4-7 سنوات من الخبرة في المبيعات، وخاصة في معدات الأعصاب والجهاز التنفسي.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة علاقات العملاء.
- معرفة متعمقة بسوق الكويت مفضلة.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة، ثنائية اللغة بالعربية والإنجليزية.
- الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة.
