Qualifications

- Prior experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is preferred
- Strong ability to deliver exceptional customer service

Barista
Responsibilities
- Create a fun environment for team members and customers
- Motivate the team
- Maintain a welcoming attitude
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in a timely manner
- Adhere to health & safety standards
- Clean stations, utensils, and equipment during use
- Learn new brewing methods to improve efficiency
- Track inventory and submit supply orders
- Describe the menu and suggest drinks to customers
- Order, collect, and distribute stock supplies
- Communicate efficiently with the team
Qualifications
- Transferable Visa 18
- Strong communication skills and teamwork
- Minimum 2 years of F&B experience
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English
Team Member Trainer
Responsibilities
- Motivate the team
- Maintain a welcoming attitude
- Plan and support the training of new Team Members during their first 10 days
- Ensure Baristas and Hot Chefs provide comprehensive training and coaching
- Provide feedback to the Shop Management Team regarding Team Members’ progress
- Provide training support, motivation, and regular coaching to the team
- Identify specific training needs and offer ongoing support
- Ensure the use and updating of How-To cards
- Support till operations and financial standards training
- Assist in communicating standard and policy updates
Qualifications
- Transferable Visa 18
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Minimum 2 years of F&B experience
Hot Food Chef
Responsibilities
- Coordinate hot food training and carry out relevant briefs
- Ensure hot food training materials are available and updated
- Ensure hot food is prepared and displayed according to planograms and Pret standards
- Maintain hot food quality and availability based on the time of day
- Manage new hot food product launches in a timely and effective manner
- Ensure hot food is cooked and held at correct temperatures and recorded accurately
- Follow hot food production standards
- Adhere to kitchen health & safety standards
- Prepare and set up hot food equipment at the start of each day
- Test, clean, and maintain hot food equipment, reporting maintenance issues to a manager
- Train team members on the efficient use of hot food equipment

- تقديم التغذية الراجعة لإدارة المتجر حول تقدم أعضاء الفريق
- توفير الدعم التدريبي والتحفيز والكوaching المنتظم للفريق
- تحديد احتياجات التدريب الخاصة وتقديم الدعم المستمر
- التأكد من استخدام وتحديث بطاقات "كيفية"
- دعم تدريب العمليات المالية للفرع
- المساعدة في توصيل التحديثات الخاصة بالمعايير والسياسات

شيف الطعام الساخن
المسؤوليات
- تنسيق التدريب الخاص بالطعام الساخن وتنفيذ الاجتماعات اللازمة
- التأكد من توفر المواد التدريبية للطعام الساخن وتحديثها
- التأكد من إعداد الطعام الساخن وعرضه وفقًا للمخططات والمعايير
- الحفاظ على جودة الطعام الساخن وتوفره بناءً على الوقت من اليوم
- إدارة إطلاق المنتجات الجديدة للطعام الساخن في الوقت المناسب
- التأكد من طهي الطعام الساخن بدرجات حرارة صحيحة وتسجيله بدقة
- اتباع معايير إنتاج الطعام الساخن
- الالتزام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة في المطبخ
- إعداد وتجهيز معدات الطعام الساخن في بداية كل يوم
- اختبار وتنظيف وصيانة معدات الطعام الساخن والإبلاغ عن المشاكل
- تدريب أعضاء الفريق على استخدام معدات الطعام الساخن بفعالية
