Call Center Agent
Responsibilities
- Arrange booking and tracking of shipments.
- Follow up on shipment collection and delivery processes.
- Attend to customer complaints and requests.
- Receive inbound calls to handle customer queries, complaints, and requests.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments and team members regarding customer shipment concerns.
- Make outbound calls.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to listen to customers and negotiate solutions.
- Technological acumen and job knowledge.
- Proven logistics and customer service experience.
- Knowledge of ZOHO and CRM systems.

- القدرة على الاستماع للعملاء والتفاوض حول الحلول.
- معرفة تكنولوجية ومهنية في الوظيفة.
- خبرة مثبتة في اللوجستيات وخدمة العملاء.
- معرفة بأنظمة ZOHO وأنظمة إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM).
