We give users the option to pay tuition fees monthly by partnering with educational institutions such as schools, nurseries, and universities. This role will be based in Kuwait.

Your Role
As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end coordination between RUBA’s key stakeholders, including educational institutions and financing partners. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring a seamless process for handling customer applications and coordinating the financing process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the flow of incoming applications from parents, ensuring all necessary information is collected and transferred accurately to our financing partners through our digital platform.
- Liaise with financing partners to ensure timely and correct processing of applications.
- Coordinate with educational institutions, ensuring all requirements are submitted to finalize the processing of applications.
- Monitor the progress of applications and proactively resolve any issues that arise, ensuring that customers experience a smooth and hassle-free process.
- Regularly update internal stakeholders on the status of applications and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions within our system.
- Work cross-functionally with the sales and customer care teams to enhance operational efficiency.
What We Look For
- 3+ years of experience, with exposure to fintech or financial services being a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent command of both English and Arabic.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Problem-solver with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Experience with CRM or similar digital systems is an advantage.
- Valid driving license and reliable transportation.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- الإشراف على تدفق الطلبات الواردة من أولياء الأمور، وضمان جمع جميع المعلومات الضرورية وتحويلها بدقة إلى شركائنا الماليين عبر منصتنا الرقمية.
- التنسيق مع الشركاء الماليين لضمان معالجة الطلبات بشكل صحيح وفي الوقت المناسب.
- التنسيق مع المؤسسات التعليمية، والتأكد من تقديم جميع المتطلبات اللازمة لاستكمال معالجة الطلبات.
- مراقبة تقدم الطلبات وحل أي مشكلات تنشأ بشكل استباقي، لضمان حصول العملاء على تجربة سلسة وخالية من المتاعب.
- تقديم تحديثات منتظمة لأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين حول حالة الطلبات والمدفوعات.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لجميع المعاملات والتفاعلات داخل نظامنا.
- العمل مع الفرق الأخرى مثل فريق المبيعات وخدمة العملاء لتحسين كفاءة العمليات.
ما نبحث عنه
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات، مع ميزة إضافية للتعرض للتمويل المالي أو الخدمات المالية.
- درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية والانتباه للتفاصيل.
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية والعربية.
- القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة وأصحاب مصلحة في نفس الوقت.
- حل المشكلات بعقلية استباقية وقابلة للتكيف.
- يفضل وجود خبرة في نظم إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM) أو أنظمة رقمية مماثلة.
- رخصة قيادة سارية ومواصلات موثوقة.
