Job Opportunity: Professional Services Specialist
What Will You Do?
- Implement hardware and Foodics software installations.
- Conduct initial product training for customers.
- Schedule installation appointments and ensure site readiness.
- Deliver on-site training and handle technical visits, including emergency cases.
- Monitor tasks and projects, ensuring delivery in accordance with SLAs.
- Collect and share customer feedback to improve features and installations.
- Continuously build knowledge of Foodics products and updates.
- Respond to calls and site visits outside working hours or on public holidays when required.
What Are We Looking For?
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Networking, Computer Information Systems, or Computer Science.
- 1–2 years of experience, preferably in IT, software, or SaaS companies.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills (oral and written).
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Must own a car for business purposes.
- Willingness to travel within or outside Kuwait.
- Self-starter capable of working independently and managing multiple initiatives.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

- تقديم تدريب أولي للعملاء على المنتج.
- جدولة مواعيد التركيب وضمان جاهزية الموقع.
- توفير تدريب ميداني والتعامل مع الزيارات التقنية، بما في ذلك الحالات الطارئة.
- متابعة المهام والمشاريع وضمان تقديم الخدمات وفقًا لاتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLAs).
- جمع ملاحظات العملاء ومشاركتها لتحسين الميزات وعمليات التركيب.
- اكتساب المعرفة بمنتجات فودكس ومراجعة التحديثات بشكل مستمر.
- التعامل مع المكالمات والزيارات الميدانية خارج أوقات العمل أو في الإجازات الرسمية إذا لزم الأمر.
المتطلبات
- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الشبكات أو نظم المعلومات الحاسوبية أو علوم الحاسوب.
- 1-2 سنوات خبرة، ويفضل في تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو البرمجيات أو شركات SaaS.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والتواصل (شفهي وكتابي).
- إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- امتلاك سيارة لاستخدامها لأغراض العمل.
- الاستعداد للسفر داخل أو خارج الكويت.
- مبادرة ذاتية وقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة مبادرات متعددة.
- مرونة للعمل في بيئة سريعة التغير والتطور.
