With your expertise and attention to detail, you’ll help ensure that we continue to deliver exceptional service to our guests while maintaining optimal cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control costs within the Food and Beverage department.
- Analyze and report on food and beverage cost trends.
- Ensure the accuracy of all cost reports and projections.
- Work closely with the purchasing and accounting teams.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for the department.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in F&B and Catering.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with cost control software and systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Local hires only (Ardiya location).
