Telecommunication Engineer - Excellent Opportunity for Kuwaiti Nationals
Areas of Responsibilities:
Following is the outline of a Communication Engineer's responsibilities:
- Support and advise Lead Engineer during technical discussions in all communication-related matters.
- Control work results provided by sub-suppliers and partners and escalate deficiencies in quality and cooperation.
- Understand and coordinate telemetry installation works in new substations (Telecommunications, telemetry, panels, batteries, charger, cable works).
- Read and understand cable plans and transfer them to the site work (knowledge in reading technical drawings).
- Replace existing equipment (installing new panels as per documentation).
- Work with special tools to adjust the parameter setting of the communication equipment.
- Commissioning after installation (also work under "life conditions").
- Maintenance of existing equipment at substations.
- Update documentation.
- Prepare technical reports and protocols for approvals to customers and teams.
- Troubleshooting, call duty, and normal duty.
Experience Required:
- Knowledge of Telecommunications technologies PDH/SDH/MPLS-TP/IP-MPLS.
- At least 5 years of experience in commissioning Telecommunications equipment.

- القدرة على العمل بالأدوات الخاصة لضبط إعدادات المعلمات للمعدات الاتصالات.
- التشغيل بعد التركيب (العمل أيضًا في "ظروف الحياة").
- صيانة المعدات الحالية في المحطات الفرعية.
- تحديث الوثائق.
- إعداد التقارير الفنية والبروتوكولات للحصول على الموافقات من العملاء والفريق.
- استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، وواجبات الاتصال والواجبات العادية.
الخبرة المطلوبة:
- معرفة بتقنيات الاتصالات مثل PDH/SDH/MPLS-TP/IP-MPLS.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تشغيل معدات الاتصالات.
