Responsibilities
Category Strategy Development:
- Develop category strategy with senior buyer to achieve sales/profitability targets.
- Develop assortment frequently including brands, products, and agencies to ensure freshness and improve profitability.
Marketing and Promotions:
- Regular planogram updates with the merchandising team to ensure effective display and sell-through of phase-out/display inventory.
- Develop advertising & marketing strategy and implement it through marketing; review effectiveness of all activities and update category head/team.
Order and Replenishment Management:
- Manage order and replenishment processes to ensure optimal inventory, availability, and control of aged stock.
Supplier Relations:
- Manage supplier relations, range development, negotiate commercial terms, and oversee promotional/marketing activities.
Store Visits and Competitor Analysis:
- Perform weekly store visits to core stores and competitors, ensuring actionable follow-up and feedback shared with the team.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in the home furnishings sector.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Experience with Business Objects/SAP is a plus.
- A team player with results-oriented mindset.
- Experience with branded home stores is preferred.
- International experience preferred, and willingness to relocate.

- Bachelor's Degree

- تطوير استراتيجية الفئة مع المشتري الرئيسي لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات والربحية.
- تطوير التشكيلة بشكل دوري لتشمل العلامات التجارية والمنتجات لضمان التجدد وتحقيق الربحية.
التسويق والعروض الترويجية:
- تحديث المستمر للعرض بالتعاون مع فريق العرض لضمان تفعيل الأساليب الفعالة وتحقيق بيع المنتجات القديمة.
- تطوير استراتيجية الإعلان والتسويق وتنفيذها بشكل فعال.
إدارة العمليات:
- متابعة عمليات الطلب والتوريد لضمان توفير المخزون بشكل مثالي.
- إدارة علاقة الموردين وتطوير التشكيلة والعروض التجارية لضمان التنافسية في السوق.
الزيارات الميدانية:
- القيام بزيارات دورية للمتاجر والمنافسين لضمان تنفيذ أفضل استراتيجيات العرض.
الشروط
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال البيع بالتجزئة، ويفضل في قطاع الأثاث المنزلي.
- مهارات تحليلية ورياضية ممتازة.
- خبرة في استخدام أدوات مثل Business Objects/SAP تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- قدرة على العمل الجماعي وتحقيق النتائج.
- يفضل الخبرة السابقة في المتاجر المعروفة للأثاث المنزلي.
- خبرة دولية مفضلة واستعداد للانتقال.
