Senior Specialist, SAP HCM Solutions
Responsibilities:
- Monitor SAP HCM and SF Business Processes covering all Updates and innovative solutions to Improve user experience (UX).
- Oversee the implementation and technical support of SAP HR Modules and other HR related Solutions such as SF EC Time off and Payroll, Workforce analytics, Workforce planning and Employee Self-service Mobile App, covering Success Factors and ECC HCM, integrated to all other SAP Modules, to enhance the client’s business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining cost efficiency and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need.
- Provide functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients for successful implementation of SAP.
- Develop SAP design and technical specification documents, design screen layouts and testing scenario for user review; assist in defining and documenting SAP Best Practices.
- Coordinate with users to complete data migration, maintenance and data validation post migration tasks.
- Carry out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures.
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.
- Provide technical support to ASG internal clients (end users) for SAP HCM FIORI applications and new SF Modules i.e. Employee Central, Job Profile Builder and CEC portal.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards.
- Act as SAP Consultant for SAP Collaborative Applications like JAM or workbench, troubleshoot and resolve production support issues, monitor system performance.
- Maintain Data consistency and integrations between HCM, SF EC and other SAP modules etc.
- Create and maintain the Synchronization\ Integration \ Automation between systems.
