high-profile projects in the aviation sector. We are currently seeking a talented individual to be part of our team stationed in Kuwait, where you will play a crucial role in the construction supervision of the Kuwait International Airport’s airside mechanical systems.

Job Type: Full-time
Project Duration: 2-3 years
Your Role
You will:
- Review and ensure compliance of technical submittals relevant to airside mechanical systems, including design documents, shop drawings, and material submissions.
- Supervise construction work for airside mechanical systems to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Engineers, Inspectors, Resident Engineer, and other teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Actively communicate with stakeholders such as the Client (Ministry of Public Works), Contractor, and other involved parties.
- Lead and guide the supervision team in tasks such as Testing & Commissioning and ORAT (Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer).
Your Profile
- Degree: M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (lower degrees will not be accepted)
- Experience:
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 10 years in airport design & construction.
- Minimum of 8 years working as an Airport Systems Mechanical Engineer on an airport construction project, preferably in the Middle East.
- Extensive technical knowledge and experience in aircraft ramp services systems such as GPU, PCA, ABW, APW, ASW, and related systems.
- Experience with HVAC systems, fire safety, and protection systems.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in leading teams and resolving technical issues.
- Strong contract administration and site supervision experience.
- Willingness to live and work in Kuwait for 2-3 years.

ستقوم بـ:
- مراجعة التأكد من التوافق مع المواصفات للطلبات الفنية المتعلقة بالنظم الميكانيكية في المطار، بما في ذلك مستندات التصميم، الرسومات التنفيذية، وتقديم المواد.
- الإشراف على أعمال البناء لضمان الالتزام بالمواصفات ومعايير الجودة.
- التنسيق مع المهندسين والمفتشين والمهندس المقيم والفرق الأخرى لضمان تحقيق أهداف المشروع.
- التواصل بشكل فعال مع الأطراف المعنية مثل العميل (وزارة الأشغال العامة)، المقاول، وأي أطراف أخرى ذات صلة.
- قيادة وإرشاد فريق الإشراف في المهام مثل الاختبار والتكليف و ORAT (الجاهزية التشغيلية ونقل المطار).
ملفك الشخصي
- الدرجة العلمية: ماجستير أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية (الدرجات الأقل لن تُقبل)
- الخبرة:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في المجال، بما في ذلك 10 سنوات في تصميم وإنشاء المطارات.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في العمل كمهندس نظم ميكانيكية للمطار في مشاريع بناء مطارات، ويفضل في منطقة الشرق الأوسط.
- معرفة فنية واسعة وخبرة في أنظمة خدمات رصيف الطائرات مثل GPU، PCA، ABW، APW، ASW، والأنظمة ذات الصلة.
- خبرة في أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC)، وأنظمة السلامة من الحرائق والحماية.
- مهارات قيادية مثبتة وخبرة في قيادة الفرق وحل المشكلات الفنية.
- خبرة قوية في إدارة العقود والإشراف على المواقع.
- استعداد للعيش والعمل في الكويت لمدة 2-3 سنوات.
