Primary Objectives
- Management, control, coordination, and supervision of services, including assistance for the assigned project with budget formulation, cost control, and quality assurance.
- Oversee support services for supervising and directing engineering, procurement, and construction contractors appointed by the client.
- Manage services for Oil & Gas production activities, including start-up and initial operations assistance, operational personnel, and systems as required by the client.
- Coordinate multidiscipline engineering activities to ensure projects such as FEED (Front End Engineering Design) studies, ITB (Invitation to Bid) check estimate preparation, and LSTK (Lump Sum Turnkey) tender package preparation are executed safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
- Act as the primary technical coordination interface with the client to ensure the client’s expectations are satisfied.
- Ensure the project adheres to the client’s approved Basis of Design and complies with all applicable regulatory and code requirements.
Mandatory Requirements
- Degree: B.Sc. in Engineering
- Experience:
- Minimum of 15 years post-graduation total experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, refinery, or petrochemical industries, with exposure to heavy oil projects.
- At least 5 years of experience as a senior project engineer.
- Proven track record of managing and leading teams for large-sized projects in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively function in a multi-cultural environment, preferably in the Middle East.

- سجل مثبت في إدارة وقيادة الفرق للمشاريع الكبيرة في صناعة النفط والغاز.
- قدرة مثبتة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة متعددة الثقافات، ويفضل في منطقة الشرق الأوسط.
