Role Description
As a Supervisor-Hygiene, you will be responsible for overseeing the hygiene practices within the food and beverage departments, ensuring that all safety and sanitation regulations are strictly followed. You will play a key role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff, contributing to the exceptional service Marriott International is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise hygiene standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of food handling and preparation areas to ensure cleanliness.
- Implement and monitor cleaning schedules to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Train staff on proper hygiene practices and safety protocols.
- Address any hygiene-related issues and take corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with food and beverage teams to maintain quality service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food hygiene or safety management, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
