Job Title: HVAC Foreman
Role Description
As an HVAC Foreman at Romac, you will assist in planning, estimating, and scheduling work within the HVAC department. You will oversee and ensure quality control of completed HVAC work, manage personnel, and conduct training programs. Additionally, you will coordinate with other departments, manage preventive maintenance schedules, and assist in budget development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, estimating, and scheduling HVAC work and coordinate with other trades.
- Inspect completed HVAC work for quality control.
- Assist in the inspection of new schools under construction and other contracted work, ensuring HVAC details are per plans and specifications.
- Conduct training for assigned maintenance crews to improve performance.
- Supervise, evaluate, and assist in the hiring of HVAC personnel.
- Prepare and maintain records and reports related to activities.
- Arrange work schedules for emergency, routine, and preventive maintenance.
- Assist in the development of the HVAC department budget.
- Estimate materials and equipment needed for projects, assign tasks, and approve material requisitions.
- Operate HVAC equipment and vehicles as needed.
- Oversee work order system data input and completion.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Foreman or Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage work schedules, emergency responses, and preventive maintenance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain records and reports.

- تشغيل معدات HVAC والمركبات حسب الحاجة.
- الإشراف على إدخال البيانات في نظام أوامر العمل وإتمامها.
الشروط
- خبرة مثبتة كمشرف HVAC أو مشرف صيانة.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة HVAC وإجراءات الصيانة.
- مهارات قيادية واتصال ممتازة.
- القدرة على إدارة جداول العمل والاستجابة للطوارئ والصيانة الوقائية.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية مع القدرة على الحفاظ على السجلات والتقارير.
