Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor (LHM Cranes) – Port Operations
Role Description
As a Maintenance Supervisor (LHM Cranes) at JTC, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of LHM Cranes, particularly the LHM 550. You will diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, lead a maintenance team, and ensure crane safety procedures are followed to guarantee the highest operational standards in port operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of LHM Cranes, ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely.
- Perform diagnostic analysis and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults, focusing on engine control and monitoring systems.
- Conduct replacement and repair of key crane components with precision.
- Use vibration analysis and engine monitoring techniques to prevent operational failures.
- Manage maintenance schedules for a fleet of port equipment to ensure continuous and effective operations.
- Lead a team of technicians, providing training and mentorship to ensure safety and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to align maintenance with operational needs, minimizing downtime.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with LHM Cranes or similar harbor cranes.
- Expertise in the LHM 550, especially in engine control systems and troubleshooting.
- Extensive experience in managing and maintaining heavy port equipment fleets.
- Proficiency in vibration analysis and engine monitoring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in training and mentoring teams in crane safety and maintenance protocols.

- التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى لتنسيق الصيانة مع الاحتياجات التشغيلية وتقليل فترات التوقف.
الشروط
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات مع رافعات LHM أو رافعات الموانئ المشابهة.
- خبرة متعمقة في LHM 550، مع معرفة واسعة بأنظمة التحكم في المحركات وحل المشكلات الكهربائية والميكانيكية.
- خبرة واسعة في إدارة وصيانة أساطيل المعدات الثقيلة في الموانئ.
- إتقان تقنيات تحليل الاهتزاز ومراقبة المحركات.
- مهارات اتصال وتفاعل استثنائية.
- سجل حافل في تدريب وإرشاد الفرق في السلامة وصيانة الرافعات.
