Job Description
Merchandising Team leader
Job Summary
- Lead, coach and guide the merchandising team in fulfilling daily tasks to
- ensure proper display of products and availability on customer’s shelves.
- Job Responsibilities & Tasks (Duties include but are not limited to)
- Fill up the weekly report and forward copies to the Field Sales Manager, Sales Team Leaders and Market Manager.
- Follow up on the action plans generated from the weekly report.
- Prepare & update regularly through sales Team Leaders, routing & call cycles of his merchandisers.
- Coordinate with Product specialists all in-door programs and participate in identifying best floor displays, gondolas and shelf blocks. Weekly Field training to all merchandising team and monitoring.
- Participate in preparing the shelf spaces in the yearly contract.
- Prepare Time sheets & monthly incentive for all his employees.
- Collect and share the competitor activity report.
- Required Job Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any other related field.
A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in similar and related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: KD400.000 - KD700.000 per month

- قيادة وتدريب وتوجيه فريق التسويق في إنجاز المهام اليومية
- ضمان العرض المناسب للمنتجات وتوافرها على رفوف العملاء.
- مسؤوليات ومهام الوظيفة (تشمل الواجبات ولكن لا تقتصر على)
- قم بملء التقرير الأسبوعي وإرسال نسخ منه إلى مدير المبيعات الميداني ورؤساء فرق المبيعات ومدير السوق.
- متابعة خطط العمل الناتجة عن التقرير الأسبوعي.
- إعداد وتحديث بانتظام من خلال قادة فريق المبيعات، ودورات التوجيه والمكالمات الخاصة بتجاره.
- التنسيق مع متخصصي المنتجات في جميع البرامج الداخلية، والمشاركة في تحديد أفضل عروض الأرضيات والجندولات ومجموعات الرفوف. تدريب ميداني أسبوعي لجميع فرق التسويق، بالإضافة إلى المتابعة.
- المشاركة في تجهيز مساحات الرفوف في العقد السنوي.
- إعداد جداول العمل والحوافز الشهرية لجميع موظفيه.
- جمع ومشاركة تقرير نشاط المنافسين.
- المؤهلات والكفاءات الوظيفية المطلوبة
درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو أي مجال آخر ذي صلة.
- خبرة تتراوح من سنة إلى سنتين على الأقل في مجال مماثل أو ذي صلة.
