Ramp Dispatcher
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee and manage all ramp operations during the shift, ensuring safe and efficient handling of arriving and departing aircraft.
- Prepare and publish shift-wise allocations of Loading Supervisors, equipment operators, and ramp staff in line with the flight schedule.
- Monitor flight movements in real time and reassign or rotate resources dynamically to accommodate delays, IROPs, or late arrivals.
- Ensure all assigned Loading Supervisors are positioned at their aircraft prior to arrival and perform their duties as per operational standards.
- Supervise Loading Supervisors to ensure compliance with all safety, loading, and communication procedures during turnaround.
- Monitor and control GSE allocation and movement throughout the shift to ensure effective utilization and timely delivery to flights.
- Act as the logistics controller for ramp operations, ensuring proper distribution of manpower and equipment to meet operational demands.
- Ensure all required operational documents such as LDM, LIR, and load-related forms are prepared and delivered to flights by the assigned Loading Supervisor.
Aircraft Cabin Cleaning Supervisor
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate cabin cleaning operations for all aircraft on shift.
- Ensure cabin cleanliness and service quality meet airline standards.
- Monitor and manage consumables and cabin stocks to prevent wastage.
- Conduct routine inspections of cabins to maintain high-quality cleaning standards.
- Perform shift-wise inventory checks and report to Ramp Handling Duty Manager.
- Maintain records and submit cleaning statistics and performance reports.
- Coordinate with Ramp and Turnaround teams to ensure timely completion of cleaning for on-time departures.
Weight & Balance Dispatcher
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate all turnaround and load control activities for the shift, ensuring smooth and on-time operations for all Jazeera Airways flights.
- Prepare and publish shift allocations assigning Turnaround Coordinators and Load Controllers for all flights based on aircraft movement and manpower availability.
- Ensure each flight is assigned a Turnaround Coordinator from arrival to departure and that boarding bridges are connected promptly for arriving flights.
- Act as the shift logistics controller, leading and supporting both Turnaround Coordination and Load Control functions throughout the shift.
- Monitor real-time turnaround progress, identify potential delays, and take proactive measures to maintain on-time performance (OTP).
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all load control–related documents (Load Sheets, LIRs, NOTOCs, and other turnaround records).
- Oversee the integrity and operational readiness of load control systems and tools; escalate system issues to relevant departments.
- Coordinate with OCC, Ramp, Passenger Services, Engineering, and other stakeholders to resolve operational constraints during the shift.
- Prepare shift-wise delay reports, record operational irregularities, and perform initial investigations into any delay or deviation.
- Maintain compliance with Jazeera Airways SOPs, IATA AHM/IGOM standards, and Kuwait DGCA regulations across all load and turnaround operations.
Cabin Cleaning Team Leader
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead and supervise the aircraft cabin cleaning team during aircraft turnarounds, night stops, and deep cleaning operations.
- Ensure cabin interiors meet airline hygiene and presentation standards before departure.
- Assign tasks and monitor performance of cleaning crew during each shift.
- Conduct pre- and post-cleaning inspections to verify service quality.
- Manage and control all cabin cleaning consumables and ensure no wastage.
- Maintain shift-wise stock records and submit inventory usage reports.
- Report cabin defects, damages, or missing items identified during cleaning.
- Ensure all tasks are completed within the allocated turnaround time and meet service level agreements.
- Provide on-the-job training, guidance, and motivation to the cleaning team.

Security Officer
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Monitor access to restricted areas, ensuring only authorized personnel and passengers are allowed entry.
- Carry out pre-departure aircraft security checks, including cabin, galley, and lavatories, to detect prohibited or suspicious items.
- Coordinate with boarding gate staff to maintain smooth and secure boarding operations.
- Supervise and secure catering, cleaning, and loading activities around the aircraft.
- Monitor and control access to aircraft during turnaround to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Escort and supervise catering, maintenance, and cleaning staff during aircraft ground time.
- Enforce airport and airline security protocols to prevent unlawful interference.
- Observe passenger behaviour and report any suspicious activity to the Security Supervisor.
- Record and report all security-related incidents, breaches, and irregularities.
- Prepare daily security logs and reports as required by the Security Supervisor.

- Liaise with T5 Airport Police, Jazeera Airport Operations for coordination of security-related matters.

- تأكد من أن التصميمات الداخلية للمقصورة تتوافق مع معايير النظافة والعرض الخاصة بشركات الطيران قبل المغادرة.
- تعيين المهام ومراقبة أداء طاقم التنظيف أثناء كل وردية.
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش قبل وبعد التنظيف للتحقق من جودة الخدمة.
- إدارة ومراقبة جميع المواد الاستهلاكية لتنظيف المقصورة والتأكد من عدم وجود أي هدر.
- الحفاظ على سجلات المخزون حسب كل وردية وإرسال تقارير استخدام المخزون.
- الإبلاغ عن عيوب المقصورة أو الأضرار أو العناصر المفقودة التي تم تحديدها أثناء التنظيف.
- تأكد من إكمال جميع المهام في الوقت المحدد وتلبية اتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة.
- توفير التدريب أثناء العمل والتوجيه والتحفيز لفريق التنظيف.
- فرض الامتثال لسلامة الجانب الجوي، ومراقبة الأجسام الغريبة، ومعايير استخدام معدات الحماية الشخصية.
- إرسال تقارير أداء المناوبة وإبلاغ المشكلات إلى مشرف تنظيف المقصورة أو مدير المناوبة.
