- This position executes processing and settlement of capital market transactions; Coordinates with the front office and documents transaction in the internal system of PKIC and affirms these transactions on the external settlement systems; Complies with regulatory requirements and PKIC?s policies; Coordinates with brokers for settlement of contracts by analyzing all parameters of deals; Facilitates the timely processing of equity settlement related payments; Ensures the effective record management and MIS. These responsibilities are carried out WITH the objective to generate revenues and increase overall profitability of the organization WITHIN the limits of the limits of organization?s vision and business strategy, organization?s policies and procedures, directions/guidelines from senior management, functional objectives
