Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee daily accounting operations (GL, AP/AR, payroll, bank reconciliations)
Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and healthcare regulations
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Coordinate and liaise with external auditors
Supervise, train, and mentor the finance team
Provide financial advice to management on cost control and strategic decisions
Qualifications and Professional Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred)
Professional certification: CPA, ACCA, or CMA required
Minimum 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
Experience in the healthcare or hospital sector is a strong asset
Proficiency in accounting software (HIS, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills
Immediate joiners preferred
System Implementation Specialist
Job Description
- •To analyze, design & implement EMR modules along with related HIS modules according to the needs of the organization by using a unified project methodology and by defining integrated systems processes, data, and applications into optimal solutions that support the business.
- •To analyze, design & implement other business applications (desktop and mobile) according to the needs of the organization
- •To own EMR from workflows, user training, testing, documentation, and roadmap perspectives
Education
- •Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, preferably in a healthcare discipline
- •MBA in healthcare management
Experience:
- •3+ years of experience as EMR Specialist/Consultant
- •6+ years Healthcare Domain work experience
- •Combined experience of hospital and IT organization will be given preference

تعليم

خبرة:
- • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كمتخصص/مستشار في السجلات الطبية الإلكترونية
- • خبرة عمل في مجال الرعاية الصحية لأكثر من 6 سنوات
