Hiring Chief Accountant
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the accounting team, overseeing daily operations (AP, AR, Payroll, and General Ledger).
Financial Oversight:
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure all financial statements are accurate and timely.
Strategic Planning
- : Assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing variances to guide business decisions.
- : Oversee tax planning and ensure full compliance with local laws (VAT/Corporate Tax) and international standards (IFRS/GAAP).
Audits & Controls
- : Lead internal and extemal audit processes and implement robust internal controls to mitigate risk.
- Banking & Cash Flow: Manage company liquidity, banking relationships, and credit facilities.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 7-10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial level.
- Certification: Active CPA, CMA, or ACCA is mandatory.
- : Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and advanced financial modeling in Excel.
- : Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- قيادة الفريق: الإشراف على فريق المحاسبة وتوجيهه، والإشراف على العمليات اليومية (حسابات الدفع، وحسابات القبض، وكشوف المرتبات، والدفتر العام).
الرقابة المالية:
- إدارة عمليات الإقفال في نهاية الشهر ونهاية السنة والتأكد من دقة جميع البيانات المالية وتقديمها في الوقت المناسب.
التخطيط الاستراتيجي
- : المساعدة في التنبؤ المالي، وإعداد الميزانيات، وتحليل الفروقات لتوجيه قرارات العمل.
- : الإشراف على التخطيط الضريبي وضمان الامتثال الكامل للقوانين المحلية (ضريبة القيمة المضافة / ضريبة الشركات) والمعايير الدولية (IFRS / GAAP).
عمليات التدقيق والرقابة
- : قيادة عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي وتطبيق ضوابط داخلية قوية للتخفيف من المخاطر.
- الخدمات المصرفية والتدفقات النقدية: إدارة سيولة الشركة، والعلاقات المصرفية، والتسهيلات الائتمانية.
المتطلبات والمؤهلات
تعليم
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في المحاسبة أو المالية.
- خبرة محاسبية متقدمة من 7 إلى 10 سنوات أو أكثر، منها 3 سنوات على الأقل في مستوى إداري.
- الشهادة: شهادة CPA أو CMA أو ACCA سارية المفعول إلزامية.
- : معرفة متقدمة بأنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP) والنمذجة المالية المتقدمة في برنامج Excel.
- قيادة استثنائية، تفكير استراتيجي
