Sr. Auditor, Technical & Outstations
Basic Function and Scope:
- Evaluates the effectiveness and adequacy of internal controls over the organization’s activities and operations related to outstations. Also determines the level of compliance with initial approved regulations, systems, and decisions, and presents and discusses the findings with the immediate supervisor.
- A. Responsible for the work being audited and the resulting outcomes, in accordance with the procedures and requirements applicable to the documents and files subject to audit.
- B. Adheres to audit activity schedules and the timelines set for each task, and discusses any difficulties or issues with the direct supervisor.
- C. Studies all circumstances and facts surrounding violations and their impact on the available documents. The auditor may replace the contents of such documents based on new or previous data and information provided by the relevant departments.
- D. Maintains continuous review of service regulations, all issued decisions, circulars, commonly accepted accounting principles, and systems related to the audit activities performed.
- E. Prepares recommendations and obtains approval from the direct supervisor, and proposes solutions to problems and discusses them with the supervisor.
- F. Performs other similar or related duties, such as printing reports and correspondence between the sector and other departments across various divisions. Also prints the department’s reports and recommendations submitted to management after discussion with the direct supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in auditing
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Equivalent

الوظيفة الأساسية والنطاق:
- يُقيّم فعالية وكفاية الضوابط الداخلية على أنشطة وعمليات المؤسسة المتعلقة بالمحطات الخارجية. كما يُحدد مستوى الامتثال للوائح والأنظمة والقرارات المُعتمدة أوليًا، ويُقدّم النتائج ويُناقشها مع المشرف المُباشر.
- أ. المسؤول عن العمل الذي يتم تدقيقه والنتائج الناتجة عنه، وفقًا للإجراءات والمتطلبات المطبقة على الوثائق والملفات الخاضعة للتدقيق.
- ب. الالتزام بجداول أنشطة التدقيق والجداول الزمنية المحددة لكل مهمة، ومناقشة أي صعوبات أو مشكلات مع المشرف المباشر.
- ج. دراسة جميع الملابسات والوقائع المحيطة بالمخالفات وأثرها على الوثائق المتاحة. ويجوز للمدقق استبدال محتويات هذه الوثائق بناءً على بيانات ومعلومات جديدة أو سابقة مقدمة من الجهات المعنية.
- د. يقوم بمراجعة مستمرة لأنظمة الخدمة، وجميع القرارات الصادرة، والنشرات، ومبادئ المحاسبة المقبولة عموماً، والأنظمة المتعلقة بأنشطة التدقيق التي يقوم بها.
- هـ. إعداد التوصيات والحصول على موافقتها من المشرف المباشر، واقتراح الحلول للمشاكل ومناقشتها مع المشرف.
- و. يؤدي مهامًا أخرى مماثلة أو ذات صلة، مثل طباعة التقارير والمراسلات بين القطاع والإدارات الأخرى في مختلف الأقسام. كما يطبع تقارير وتوصيات القسم المقدمة للإدارة بعد مناقشتها مع الرئيس المباشر.

- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو ما يعادلها
