CRM & Analytics Manager

Key Responsibilities

Own the CRM and analytics roadmap for five core domains:
1) Customer demographics & segmentation (purchase behavior, cohort analysis, CLV, churn prediction)
2) Data and profiling (strategy, collection, enrichment)
3) Campaign & promotion effectiveness (attribution modeling, incrementality testing, ROI optimization)
4) Inventory & stock optimization (Product, category and sell through trends)
5) Transactional & omnichannel performance (basket analysis, channel shift, price elasticity, cannibalization)

Solution Architect- Azure Cloud

Technical Skills Required

Strong knowledge of Azure services:

Compute: Azure App Services, AKS, Azure Functions
Integration: API Management, Logic Apps, Event Grid, Storage: Blob, SQL, Cosmos DB
Identity: Azure AD, RBAC, Conditional Access
Monitoring: Azure Monitor, Application Insights
Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
Hands-on with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevSecOps.
Experience in building secure, PCI-DSS compliant cloud solutions.
Scripting experience: PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
Strong knowledge of Azure services: Azure AD, Virtual Networks, Key Vault, App Services, AKS, Functions, Blob Storage, SQL/NoSQL DBs, etc.
Understanding of hybrid cloud, networking, security, identity, and governance in Azure.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) (Mandatory)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) (Mandatory)
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 / Commerce (Added Advantage)

2) البيانات والتحليل (الاستراتيجية، والجمع، والإثراء)
3) فعالية الحملات والترويج (نمذجة الإسناد، واختبار الزيادة التدريجية، وتحسين عائد الاستثمار)
4) تحسين المخزون وإدارة المخزون (اتجاهات المنتج والفئة ومعدلات البيع)
