📝 Detailed Responsibilities and Qualifications

1. GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Qualifications: Professional certification, proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign. Knowledge of After Effects is an added advantage.
Focus: Strong creative sense, able to multitask, and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

2. SOCIAL MEDIA/DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

Qualifications: Proficiency in English and Arabic. Strong skills in content creation and creative writing. Knowledge of Canva is an advantage.
Focus: Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media & email marketing tools. Ability to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns with timely reporting.

3. TELE-SALES

Qualifications: Proficiency in English and Arabic. Proactive, smart, and positive approach to assisting clients.
Focus: Strong communication and persuasive abilities. Confident phone manner; capacity to handle high call volume. Target-driven with ability to meet monthly goals. Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office, email handling).
