Are you passionate about photography and love working with people? A's Studio is on the lookout for a creative and technically skilled photographer to join our growing team. If you're ready to turn everyday moments into lasting memories, this is your chance to shine.
🎯 Job Title:
Photographer

📋 Responsibilities:
1. Photography & Client Work:
Provide a professional and friendly experience for every client
Conduct high-quality portrait sessions: individual, kids, and group
Guide clients on posing and styling to get the best results
Deliver well-lit, composed, and consistent images
Perform basic photo editing in collaboration with the retoucher
Maintain high standards of image quality and client satisfaction
2. Studio Operations Support:
Set up and manage studio lighting, equipment, and backdrops
Ensure proper maintenance and storage of all equipment
Keep the studio clean, organized, and client-ready
Assist in overall day-to-day studio operations
3. Customer Service:
Clearly explain packages, services, and add-ons to clients
Address client feedback or reshoot requests with professionalism
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience as a portrait photographer (portfolio required)
Strong knowledge of studio lighting and modifiers
Basic editing skills in Lightroom or Photoshop
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to confidently direct and interact with clients
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
Knowledge of videography is a plus

📋 المسئوليات:
1. التصوير والتعامل مع العملاء:
تقديم تجربة احترافية وودية لكل عميل
إجراء جلسات تصوير عالية الجودة (أفراد، أطفال، مجموعات)
توجيه العملاء في وضعيات التصوير وتنسيق المظهر
تسليم صور جيدة الإضاءة والتكوين وبجودة متناسقة
تنفيذ تعديلات أساسية بالتنسيق مع المحرر الفني
الحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من جودة الصور ورضا العملاء
2. دعم عمليات الاستوديو:
إعداد وإدارة الإضاءة، والمعدات، والخلفيات
التأكد من صيانة المعدات وتخزينها بشكل صحيح
الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم الاستوديو وتجهيزه لاستقبال العملاء
المساعدة في تشغيل الاستوديو اليومي
3. خدمة العملاء:
شرح الباقات والخدمات والإضافات للعملاء بوضوح
التعامل مع ملاحظات العملاء أو طلبات إعادة التصوير باحترافية
🎓 المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
خبرة مثبتة كمصور بورتريه (مع ضرورة إرفاق معرض أعمال)
معرفة قوية بالإضاءة والمعدات في الاستوديو
مهارات تعديل أساسية باستخدام Lightroom أو Photoshop
مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على التفاعل مع العملاء
دقة عالية في التفاصيل، والاعتمادية، وإدارة الوقت
إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية)
المعرفة في مجال الفيديو ميزة إضافية
