Operations Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Sitting in the office reception, to Serve as the first point of contact for Facility visitors and clients
- Manage and maintain documentation related to government requirements, contracts, and compliance.
- Coordinate and support tendering and bidding processes, including preparing and submitting documentation, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and data for tendering, bidding, and documentation purposes.
- Support in preparing presentations and documentation required for KDIPA submissions and coordinate with relevant internal and external departments
- Collaborate with various departments to provide administrative and operational assistance as needed.

Job summary
- Responsible field and dedicated field engineer for providing technical support and field services related to drill bits performance and optimization, committed person to working flexible hours fully responding closely to the team and work needs, run and evaluate drill bits for maximum efficiency and cost effectiveness. analyze drilling data, prepare performance reports, and ensure safe, reliable bit operations in various well conditions.
Field Service Engineer - Mechanical (Open for Kuwaiti nationals)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform projects/jobs, which includes upgrading and/or installing products as well as repair/re-build product performance items
- Investigate reported product problems and initiate corrective action following through on the corrective action required, ensuring successful implementation
- Conduct operational analysis, make improvement recommendations and conduct retrofit management to assist in the development of products
- Participate/assist in product design reviews through analyzing events, preparing review packages, and recommending solutions as required.
- Provide information and support all customers with equipment problems
- Perform any other work-related task as required as assigned
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies
- Ready to travel on call for both local and international locations

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

- مهندس ميداني مسؤول ومتفانٍ في تقديم الدعم الفني والخدمات الميدانية المتعلقة بأداء رؤوس الحفر وتحسينها، ملتزم بالعمل لساعات مرنة، ويستجيب بشكل كامل لاحتياجات الفريق والعمل، ويقوم بتشغيل رؤوس الحفر وتقييمها لتحقيق أقصى قدر من الكفاءة والفعالية من حيث التكلفة. كما يقوم بتحليل بيانات الحفر، وإعداد تقارير الأداء، وضمان عمليات حفر آمنة وموثوقة في مختلف ظروف الآبار.
مهندس خدمة ميدانية - ميكانيكي (متاح للمواطنين الكويتيين)
المسؤوليات:
- تنفيذ المشاريع/المهام، والتي تشمل ترقية و/أو تركيب المنتجات بالإضافة إلى إصلاح/إعادة بناء عناصر أداء المنتج
- التحقيق في مشاكل المنتج المبلغ عنها واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية اللازمة ومتابعة تنفيذها بنجاح.
- إجراء التحليلات التشغيلية، وتقديم توصيات التحسين، وإدارة عمليات التحديث للمساعدة في تطوير المنتجات
- المشاركة/المساعدة في مراجعات تصميم المنتج من خلال تحليل الأحداث، وإعداد حزم المراجعة، والتوصية بالحلول حسب الحاجة.
- تقديم المعلومات والدعم لجميع العملاء الذين يواجهون مشاكل في المعدات
- القيام بأي مهام أخرى متعلقة بالعمل حسب الحاجة أو التكليف.
