Job description
- *Responsible for gathering and preparing documents like quotes, proposals, and purchase terms and conditions from suppliers for their supervisor or manager to review
- *Researches and compares suppliers, goods, and services. Select the most suitable suppliers in terms of reliability, product quality, and cost-efficiency
- *Develops procurement strategies by monitoring inventory movement and determining inventory levels of products
- *Analyze industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.
- *Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
*Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
- Recruitment Preference: Global/ ME/ India

Skills
- *Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to determine the company’s product needs and to create constructive relationships with vendors

- *مسؤول عن جمع وإعداد المستندات مثل عروض الأسعار والمقترحات وشروط وأحكام الشراء من الموردين ليقوم المشرف أو المدير بمراجعتها
- *يقوم بإجراء البحوث والمقارنة بين الموردين والسلع والخدمات. ويختار الموردين الأنسب من حيث الموثوقية وجودة المنتج وكفاءة التكلفة.
- *يطور استراتيجيات الشراء من خلال مراقبة حركة المخزون وتحديد مستويات مخزون المنتجات
- *تحليل اتجاهات الصناعة والطلب ودعم الإدارة العليا في تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التوريد.
- *صيانة وتحديث معلومات الموردين مثل المؤهلات وأوقات التسليم ومجموعات المنتجات وما إلى ذلك.
*إعداد الميزانيات وتحليلات التكاليف والتقارير.
