Requirements
Sales & Business Development Engineer
3-5 years of experience in industrial sales, business development, or engineering.
Education: Mechanical Engineer / Electro-Mechanical.
Fluent in English.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems.
Knowledgeable in tendering, pre-qualification, and EPC industry practices.
Familiarity with industrial fabrication, steel structures, or piping is a plus.
Valid Kuwait driving license.
Automation Engineer
Mechanical engineering experience required.
Responsibilities
Sales Engineer:
Develop new business and maintain client relationships.
Participate in tendering and pre-qualification processes.
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to deliver solutions.
Automation Engineer:
Design, implement, and maintain automation systems.
Support project teams in mechanical and automation integration.

الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية.
مهارات قوية في بناء العلاقات والتواصل.
إتقان برامج Microsoft Office وأنظمة CRM الأساسية.
معرفة بعمليات المناقصات، التأهيل المسبق وممارسات صناعة EPC.
الإلمام بالتصنيع الصناعي، الهياكل الفولاذية أو الأنابيب ميزة إضافية.
رخصة قيادة كويتية صالحة.
مهندس أتمتة
خبرة في الهندسة الميكانيكية مطلوبة.
المسؤوليات
مهندس المبيعات:
تطوير أعمال جديدة والحفاظ على علاقات العملاء.
المشاركة في عمليات المناقصات والتأهيل المسبق.
التعاون مع فرق الهندسة والمشاريع لتقديم الحلول.
مهندس الأتمتة:
تصميم وتنفيذ وصيانة أنظمة الأتمتة.
دعم فرق المشاريع في دمج الميكانيكا والأتمتة.
