Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing inventory systems, maintaining transaction records, and generating reports.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to verifying quality, checking for damage/discrepancies, and organizing stock.
Proactivity: Ability to monitor stock levels and proactively initiate purchase requisitions when the reorder level is reached.
Responsibilities
Inbound Logistics: Handle daily tasks including the accurate receiving of shipments, verifying the quality of incoming goods, and checking for any damage or discrepancies.
Inventory Control: Efficiently organize shelves, manage all associated documentation, and maintain accurate transaction records.
System Management: Update inventory systems regularly, monitor the minimum reorder level, and generate necessary reports.
Material Issuance: Accurately issue materials from the warehouse as requested by internal departments.
Procurement Support: Initiate purchase requisitions when stock levels are low and assist in delivery scheduling to optimize the overall inventory level.
Operational Assistance: Assist the Store Supervisor in the day-to-day operations and general store housekeeping within the warehouse.
