Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of proven, successful experience as a Principal within a Middle and High School setting.
Education: A Master's Degree from a recognized institution is mandatory, alongside a relevant Principal Qualification or certification.
Curriculum Expertise: Demonstrated, deep expertise and successful leadership experience in implementing and overseeing the Common Core Curriculum.
Visionary Leadership: Ability to provide clear, inspiring, and strategic direction to staff, students, and the wider school community.
Administrative Skills: Exceptional operational, financial, and personnel management skills.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Provide visionary and operational leadership during the crucial expansion phase, including the successful launch of new grade levels.
Curriculum Oversight: Ensure rigorous implementation and fidelity of the Common Core Curriculum across all Middle and High School subjects.
Culture Development: Foster a positive, high-achievement, vibrant, and inclusive culture for all secondary students and staff.
Staff Management: Recruit, mentor, evaluate, and retain high-quality teaching and administrative staff, promoting continuous professional development.
Community Engagement: Serve as the primary educational leader, maintaining strong communication and engagement with the Stellar Education Group, parents, and the local community.

المهارات الإدارية: مهارات استثنائية في الإدارة التشغيلية والمالية وإدارة شؤون الموظفين.
