Key Responsibilities
Fleet Management: Oversee daily operations of light & heavy vehicles and heavy equipment across various project sites.
Operational Efficiency: Coordinate schedules and logistics to ensure safe and timely transportation of personnel and materials.
HSE Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to HSE standards and client-specific safety protocols within the Oil & Gas environment.
Maintenance Oversight: Ensure all vehicles and equipment are maintained in top operating condition to minimize downtime.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of solid experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Construction sectors.
Technical Mastery: Proven track record in handling diverse fleets, including both light and heavy vehicles/machinery.
Safety First: Strong knowledge of fleet management systems and rigorous HSE standards.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
إدارة الأسطول: الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للمركبات الخفيفة والثقيلة والمعدات الثقيلة في مختلف مواقع المشاريع.
كفاءة العمليات: تنسيق الجداول الزمنية والخدمات اللوجستية لضمان نقل الأفراد والمواد بأمان وفي الوقت المحدد.
الامتثال للسلامة (HSE): ضمان الالتزام التام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وبروتوكولات السلامة الخاصة بالعملاء في المواقع النفطية.
الإشراف على الصيانة: التأكد من صيانة جميع المركبات والمعدات والحفاظ عليها في أفضل حالة تشغيلية لتقليل فترات التوقف.
المتطلبات
الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في قطاعات النفط والغاز / EPC / الإنشاءات.
الخبرة الفنية: سجل حافل في التعامل مع الأساطيل المتنوعة (المركبات الخفيفة والثقيلة والمعدات الإنشائية).
السلامة أولاً: معرفة قوية بأنظمة إدارة الأساطيل ومعايير السلامة والصحة المهنية الصارمة.
السمات: مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة، قدرة قيادية، والقدرة على التعامل مع بيئات العمل ذات الضغط العالي.
