OFR Operations Coordinator
In area of OFR product:
- Create and/or confirm transport orders, perform and optimize bookings
- Prepare, control, and distribute all required Import/Export documents
- Identify performance issues of suppliers, and propose solutions to improve performance
- Update Customs shipment information and physical status, resolve customer issues and incidents
Tele Sales Executive
IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:
- Act as an ambassador for DHL at all times and attend to customer needs in a professional, friendly and courteous manner
- Ensure that a high level of professional rapport is developed and maintained with all customers
- Promote and sell DHL’s services and participate actively in the Sales Lead programme to contribute to the country revenue.
- Deal competently with customer complaints and take all possible actions to resolve the issue to their fullest satisfaction with minimal intervention of team leaders
- Update and maintain call details on appropriate systems so that all information is accessible for future reference and monitoring.
- Monitor credit issues and liase with Customer Accounting Department and be aware of issues with no payment and take action where necessary to ensure Outstanding money is collected.
- Work effectively both individually and as part of a team to achieve both individual and department goals and objectives and strive consistently to promote a positive team spirit.

في هذا المنصب، ستكون مسؤولاً عن:
- كن سفيراً لشركة DHL في جميع الأوقات، وقم بتلبية احتياجات العملاء بطريقة مهنية وودية ومهذبة.
- ضمان بناء علاقة مهنية عالية المستوى والحفاظ عليها مع جميع العملاء
- الترويج لخدمات DHL وبيعها والمشاركة بنشاط في برنامج قادة المبيعات للمساهمة في إيرادات الدولة.
