HR Manager
Why Join Us?
- The successful candidate will own and lead the HR function in Kuwait, supported by Administration, IT and Finance teams, and report directly to the Managing Director. You will play a strategic and hands-on role, ensuring HR practices align with business objectives, GAC Group standards, and Kuwait Labour Law.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company and GAC Group objectives.
- Work with management on workforce planning, talent development, and organisational growth.
- Manage and administer HRIS, payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are in line with Kuwait Labour Law and GAC Group standards.
- Drive performance management, training programs, and career progression.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Work closely with the Administration, IT, and Finance teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a HR Manager role, ideally in a multinational or complex business environment
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; Master’s degree in HR or related field will be considered an added advantage
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; Strong MS Office skills
- Ability to balance planning and execution within a lean organisation
- Ability to thrive in a diverse, multicultural environment
- Fluency in English

Documentation Executive, Shipping
Job Description
- Manage the full range of shipping documents for process that involve ports, customs, and stevedores
- Liaise with principals, vessel operators, consignees, and shippers
- Coordinate document-specific activities with consignees
- Prepare and handle BL and manifest for export documentation, export orders, and delivery orders
- Calculate local port charges and landing charges for export and import shipments
- Adhere to company policies (HSSE, compliance etc.)
Job Requirements
- Valid Kuwait Article 18 Visa
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in shipping and logistics
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferable)
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Administrative skills

- سيتولى المرشح الناجح مسؤولية إدارة شؤون الموارد البشرية في الكويت، بدعم من فرق الإدارة وتقنية المعلومات والمالية، وسيكون مسؤولاً مباشرةً أمام المدير العام. وسيضطلع بدور استراتيجي وعملي، لضمان توافق ممارسات الموارد البشرية مع أهداف العمل ومعايير مجموعة GAC وقانون العمل الكويتي.
ما ستفعله
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الموارد البشرية بما يتماشى مع أهداف الشركة ومجموعة GAC.
- العمل مع الإدارة على تخطيط القوى العاملة، وتطوير المواهب، والنمو التنظيمي.
- إدارة وتشغيل نظام معلومات الموارد البشرية، وكشوف المرتبات، والتعويضات، وإدارة المزايا.
- إدارة عمليات التوظيف والاختيار والتأهيل والتعريف بالعمل.
- التأكد من أن سياسات وإجراءات الموارد البشرية تتوافق مع قانون العمل الكويتي ومعايير مجموعة GAC.
- إدارة الأداء، وبرامج التدريب، والتقدم الوظيفي.

متطلبات الوظيفة
ما نبحث عنه
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في منصب مدير الموارد البشرية، ويفضل أن تكون في بيئة عمل متعددة الجنسيات أو معقدة.
- شهادة بكالوريوس في إدارة الموارد البشرية أو مجال ذي صلة؛ وتُعتبر شهادة الماجستير في إدارة الموارد البشرية أو مجال ذي صلة ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة في أنظمة إدارة الموارد البشرية وأنظمة الرواتب؛ مهارات قوية في استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس
- القدرة على تحقيق التوازن بين التخطيط والتنفيذ ضمن مؤسسة مرنة
- القدرة على الازدهار في بيئة متنوعة ومتعددة الثقافات
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية

مسؤول التوثيق، قسم الشحن
المسمى الوظيفي
- إدارة جميع وثائق الشحن للعمليات التي تشمل الموانئ والجمارك وشركات الشحن والتفريغ
- التواصل مع أصحاب الحقوق، ومشغلي السفن، والمستلمين، والشاحنين
- تنسيق الأنشطة المتعلقة بالوثائق مع المستلمين
- إعداد ومعالجة بوليصة الشحن وبيان الشحن لأغراض وثائق التصدير، وأوامر التصدير، وأوامر التسليم.
- حساب رسوم الموانئ المحلية ورسوم الإنزال لشحنات التصدير والاستيراد
- الالتزام بسياسات الشركة (الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، والامتثال، وما إلى ذلك).
متطلبات الوظيفة
- تأشيرة الكويت سارية المفعول بموجب المادة 18
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال الشحن والخدمات اللوجستية
