Responsibilities
Academic Instruction: Deliver high-quality Arabic language lessons or manage homeroom activities with engagement and care.
Curriculum Planning: Develop lesson plans that align with school standards and cater to diverse student needs.
Student Progress: Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing regular feedback to both students and parents.
Collaboration: Work closely with the teaching staff and management to maintain a supportive and organized learning environment.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Arabic Language is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar teaching role.
Languages: Must be fluent in both English and Arabic.
Status: Exclusively for female candidates currently in Kuwait with Article 18 (Transferable) or Article 22 (Family) visas.

المسؤوليات
التدريس الأكاديمي: تقديم دروس لغة عربية عالية الجودة أو إدارة أنشطة "معلمة الصف" باهتمام وتفاعل.
تخطيط المناهج: إعداد خطط الدروس التي تتماشى مع معايير المدرسة وتلبي احتياجات الطلاب المتنوعة.
متابعة التقدم: مراقبة وتقييم أداء الطلاب وتقديم تقارير دورية للطلاب وأولياء الأمور.
التعاون: العمل الوثيق مع الهيئة التدريسية والإدارة للحفاظ على بيئة تعليمية داعمة ومنظمة.
المتطلبات
المؤهل العلمي: شهادة البكالوريوس في اللغة العربية (شرط أساسي).
الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة أو أكثر في دور تعليمي مشابه.
اللغات: إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية بطلاقة.
الحالة: الوظائف مخصصة للمعلمات المتواجدات داخل الكويت فقط، تحت إقامة مادة 18 (قابلة للتحويل) أو مادة 22 (الالتحاق بعائل).
الاحترافية: مهارات تواصل قوية واتباع نهج مهني مخلص في التدريس.
