- Al Sharhan Industries traced back to 1968 when the late Ahmed Abdulla Al-Sharhan procured a license to produce aerosol products for Al-Sharhan Aerosol Manufacturing Establishment. Responsibilities
For HR Officer (Performance & Development):
L&D Management: Coordinate organization-wide training programs and identify employee development needs.
Performance Cycles: Assist in planning and monitoring annual performance appraisal cycles.
HR Compliance: Ensure all activities align with internal policies and Kuwaiti labor regulations.
Administrative Support: Handle various HR-related administrative tasks to ensure department efficiency.
For Project Coordinator (Healthcare / Medical):
Project Lifecycle: Support healthcare-related projects from initial planning to final completion.
Liaison: Coordinate effectively between medical staff, internal teams, and external vendors.

Requirements
1. HR Officer (Performance & Development):
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of HR experience (focused on Training and Performance).
Nationality/Gender: Arab Nationals only; Male candidates only.
Languages: Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
2. Project Coordinator (Healthcare / Medical):
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
Nationality/Gender: Kuwaiti Nationals only; Female candidates only.
Skills: Basic MS Office proficiency and a strong eagerness to learn healthcare operations.
