Senior Accountant
- Job Overview. We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage financial operations, reporting, and treasury functions.
- The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in accounting records, compliance with regulations, and effective cash flow management within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- . Financial Operations & Reporting: Execute month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare financial statements, management reports, and subsidiary accounts.
- Accounts Receivable & Payable: Manage A/R-and-MP cycles, including schedulebtor listings, and remittance reconcilation. Lisase with verdors and customers to resolve queries.
- Treasury & Cash Management: Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and credit tines. Prepare daily cash position statements, Forecsats, and monifor actual movements./
- Banking Relations & Reconciliation: Maintain bank relationships for facility renewals, and reeporting.
- Parform daily,-montiily bank and POS reconciliations, and procest all online payments (salaries expenses).
- Working Capital & Cost Control: Manage working capital, Inventory costing, and movement journals.
- Roview revenue and expenditure to identify cost saving opportunties.
- Payroll Administration: Process monthly payroll, including overtime, allowances, deductions, and EOSI.
- Systems & Compliance: Maintain and resoncile
- accounting data within the ERP system (Merosalt Dynami's AK).
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Acounting or Finance.
- Experience: 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis. Prior experience in Healthcare or highly regulated industries (Banking, Insurance) is required.
Language:
