Budget And Planning Manager
Job Summary
- The Planning & Budget Officer supports departmental planning, budgeting, cost control, and performance monitoring.
- The role involves preparing budgets and business plans, tracking expenditures and KPIs, coordinating with internal departments, and preparing financial and management reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and 5-year business plans
- Monitor budget utilization, expenditures, AFEs, and KPIs
- Track actual costs versus budget and prepare variance reports
- Process contractor invoices and support accruals and reporting
- Coordinate with departments for planning, budgeting, and audits
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HSE requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas Companies
