Responsibilities
Electrical Maintenance: Execute comprehensive electrical repair and maintenance activities across the facility.
HVAC Support: Provide essential maintenance and troubleshooting for HVAC systems as required.
PLC Operations: Perform basic Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) tasks to ensure automated systems function correctly.
Breakdown & Prevention: Respond rapidly to equipment breakdowns and conduct scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Operational Safety: Support the plant in maintaining smooth, safe, and efficient daily operations.
Requirements
Experience: 3–5 years of proven hands-on experience specifically in an industrial environment.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of electrical systems and basic PLC logic.
Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively and coordinate with fellow technicians and operators.
Residency: Must be currently in Kuwait with a Valid Transferable Residency (Project Visa holders are welcome).
Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple maintenance tasks.

المسؤوليات
الصيانة الكهربائية: تنفيذ كافة أنشطة الإصلاح والصيانة الكهربائية الشاملة داخل المنشأة.
دعم أنظمة التكييف: تقديم الدعم الفني اللازم وإصلاح أعطال أنظمة الـ HVAC حسب المتطلبات.
مهام الـ PLC: القيام بالمهام الأساسية المتعلقة بوحدات التحكم المنطقي المبرمجة لضمان عمل الأنظمة الآلية.
الإصلاح والوقاية: الاستجابة السريعة لأعطال المعدات وإجراء الصيانة الوقائية المجدولة لتقليل فترات التوقف.
سلامة العمليات: دعم المصنع في الحفاظ على سير العمليات اليومية بشكل سلس وآمن وفعال.
المتطلبات
الخبرة: من 3 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة العملية المثبتة في بيئة صناعية.
الكفاءة الفنية: معرفة قوية بالأنظمة الكهربائية وأساسيات منطق الـ PLC.
العمل الجماعي: القدرة على العمل بفعالية والتنسيق مع زملائه من الفنيين والمشغلين.
الإقامة: التواجد داخل الكويت مع إقامة صالحة قابلة للتحويل (يرحب بحاملي فيزا المشاريع).
المهارات: مهارات تنظيمية وتنسيقية جيدة للتعامل مع مهام صيانة متعددة.
