Responsibilities
QA/QC Engineer: Oversee quality assurance for mechanical works, review WPS & PQR, manage radiographic film reviews, and ensure compliance with piping codes and steel structure standards.
Civil Engineer: Manage civil construction works for KNPC projects, including excavations, equipment foundations, and infrastructure related to the refinery sector.
HSE Engineer: Implement comprehensive health and safety management systems, conduct risk assessments (HAZID/HAZOP), lead incident investigations, and ensure strict compliance with KNPC safety standards.
Requirements
General: Minimum 8 years of experience for Civil/HSE roles and 5-8 years for QA/QC. Must be currently in Kuwait with a Transferable Visa.
QA/QC Engineer: Mechanical Engineering Degree + Valid CSWIP certification. Expertise in flowlines, pipelines, and tanks is mandatory.
Civil Engineer: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering from a reputed university with refinery project experience.
HSE Engineer: Engineering/Science degree + NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory). Deep knowledge of PTW systems and OSHA/ISO standards.
Skills: Excellent English communication and high proficiency in technical reporting and computer applications.

المسؤوليات
مهندس جودة (QA/QC): الإشراف على ضمان الجودة للأعمال الميكانيكية، مراجعة تقارير (WPS & PQR)، إدارة مراجعة الأفلام الإشعاعية، وضمان الامتثال لأكواد الأنابيب ومعايير الهياكل الفولاذية.
مهندس مدني: إدارة أعمال الإنشاءات المدنية لمشاريع KNPC، بما في ذلك الحفريات، قواعد المعدات، والبنية التحتية المتعلقة بقطاع المصافي.
مهندس سلامة (HSE): تنفيذ أنظمة إدارة الصحة والسلامة الشاملة، إجراء تقييمات المخاطر (HAZID/HAZOP)، قيادة التحقيقات في الحوادث، وضمان الامتثال الصارم لمعايير السلامة في شركة البترول الوطنية.
المتطلبات
عام: خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات للأدوار المدنية والبيئية، ومن 5-8 سنوات للجودة. يجب أن يكون المتقدم داخل الكويت مع إقامة قابلة للتحويل.
مهندس جودة: بكالوريوس هندسة ميكانيكية + شهادة CSWIP سارية. الخبرة في خطوط التدفق والأنابيب والخزانات إلزامية.
مهندس مدني: بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية من جامعة مرموقة مع خبرة في مشاريع المصافي.
مهندس سلامة: شهادة هندسة أو علوم + شهادة NEBOSH IGC (إلزامية). معرفة عميقة بأنظمة تصاريح العمل (PTW) ومعايير OSHA/ISO.
المهارات: تواصل ممتاز باللغة الإنجليزية وإتقان عالٍ للتقارير الفنية وتطبيقات الحاسوب.
